Why should I register?

To receive details of future properties for sale and in order to view legal documentation.

What do I need to bid?

Upload Photographic ID and Proof of Address. Thereafter your solicitor will be sent our reliance letter which will need to be signed and returned by your solicitor to us in order for you to be verified.

What do I need to sell?

Upload Photographic ID and Proof of Address. Thereafter your solicitor will be sent our reliance letter which will need to be signed and returned by your solicitor to us in order for you to be verified.

What happens if I forget my username or password?

Click on the log in page and then click on forgot Username/Password.

What forms of payment do we accept?

Credit or Debit Cards, Telegraphic Transfers or BACS Payments.
Cash and Cheques are not accepted.

How will I know the start time of any particular lot?

Each lot will be allocated a specific start time displayed on the property page of the catalogue

How long does an online auction last?

This will vary depending on the amount of lots listed, each individual lot lasting between 10 and 15 minutes. The lot will not end whilst bidding continues.

Can I make an offer prior to the auction?

Yes. Any offer should be sent to us in writing and every offer will be forwarded to the seller.

If I am the successful bidder, have I exchanged contracts?

Yes

If I am the successful bidder when do I have to pay the deposit and successful bid fee?

Within 24 hours of the auction.

What is a reserve price?

The reserve price is the lowest price that the Seller is prepared to accept for the property. If the bidding does not reach the reserve price, then the Seller is not required to sell the property. The reserve price itself will not be disclosed.

Where can I find the viewing times?

This will be displayed on the property page for each lot.

Do I need to register to view the property?

Registration is not required for a viewing.

Can I arrange individual viewing times that are not listed on the viewing schedule?

Unfortunately we are unable to arrange viewing at any other times other than those listed in the viewing schedule.

What should I do if my surveyor or mortgage lender requires access?

Please ask them to contact us directly and we will do our best to arrange access.

Do you accept telephone bidding?

Yes. On at least seven days prior notice to the auction.
